The long queue of people at his door is proof that he is not just a teacher leader or MLC, but the center of public trust.<br>The most special aspect of his working style is to give respect to every person. Be it a teacher or a common citizen, making everyone sit and listening carefully to their problems and making immediate efforts towards solving it has become an integral part of their daily routine. Starting from 10 am in the morning, this sequence continues till 1 pm, where he solves the problems of the people tirelessly and without any discrimination.<br>But his journey of public service does not end here. After completing his personal routine he again sits in his office at 3 pm. Here also the same energy, same dedication and same readiness can be seen. Apart from this, participating in various social and educational programs, accepting even the smallest invitations with full affection and respect, shows his humility and social engagement.<br>Becoming a professor at a young age and assuming leadership of teachers at the same young age is an extraordinary achievement in itself. But the bigger thing is that he has been fulfilling this responsibility continuously for the last 30 years. This is not only a reflection of experience but also of confidence and leadership ability.<br>His personality is very influential even from political point of view. He never disappointed anyone\u2014be it his presence in the House or his views through the media. His candid and candid comments force every listener to think.<br>His biggest characteristic is that he never let personal gain or greed dominate him. With his knowledge, erudition and simple behavior, he has made people of every section his fans.<br>When he is asked a question about elections, his answer is equally humble \u2013 \u201cI do not contest elections, but the teachers society takes me to the House by contesting elections.\u201d This statement makes clear the deep trust and connection between him and the teacher community.<br>Whether they are in power or in opposition, their sole objective has always been to protect the interests of teachers and ensure their rights.
