Gorakhpur/Patna: The meeting of the National Official Council of Bhojpuri Association of India (Bhai) was held on 15 June 2022 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. In which Jalaj Kumar Anupam of Champaran, Bihar has been appointed as the National Vice President of “Bhai” with the consent of all the office bearers. This appointment is effective from 1 July 2022 for the next three years.
According to the rules of Jalaj Kumar Anupam “Bhai” organization, in this new role, the work of preserving and promoting the linguistic interests related to Bhojpuri language among Bhojpuri speaking people in India and abroad and will give impetus to the movement of Bhojpuri linguistic identity. He is associated with Bhojpuri social, cultural, educationalTo develop programs and encourage Bhojpuri participation in these programs, promote and nurture Bhojpuri heritage and traditions will represent “Bhai” on the national panel.
On this occasion, Avinash Tripathi, International General Secretary of Bhojpuri Association of India, sent congratulations and best wishes to Jalaj Kumar Anupam from America and said that the organization is confident that Jalaj is selflessly working towards the protection, promotion, and empowerment of Bhojpuri language.
