Dumraon : With enthusiasm children and teachers celebrated 77th Republic Day today in the premises of Generation Beta School here. The children sang national and patriotic songs and delivered short speech on this occasion. Social activist Ramnath Tiwari hoisted the national flag and encouraged children by saying he will extend his support to them.
The Principal shared a vast knowledge among the young minds during the function in which he said that all Indians are independent and they have right to speak the truth and raise voice against wrong things and wrong people.
Co-founder and administrator, Priyanka Singh said that India had gained republic in the year 1929 but it’s constitution could not be given a shape but it could be possible on 26 January in 1950 since then our country began celebrating Republic day. ” We should take oath today to always give priority to our nation and do our duty honestly and stay standing ahead for humanity. ” Meanwhile senior advocate and notary Manoj Kumar Srivastava said that he was happy to see the discipline patience and courage among the children. He added happily that many of the children will prove to be good citizens of the country in future.
Md. Sohail, a class 5 student delivered a short speech while Sonali and Ashwik sang patriotic songs. Teachers who were present during the function were Anshika Jaiswal , Gunja and Muskan.
